    Welcome to the Farmington / Pinebrook Community website.  We are a relatively new community to the Columbia county area where residents enjoy beautiful homes surrounded by an abundance of trees and wildlife. Not only do we have beautiful homes, we are located within 3 miles of booming Evans, GA! Our family oriented community is also in the midst of one of Columbia County's finest school districts.

    We have impressive amenities that members of our community have access to. These amenities include our Olympic size pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and a community playground. Our family friendly community hosts social activities throughout the year for both adults and children, including pool parties, cookie swaps, and neighborhood yard sales.
